Actually Accepting is a San Antonio directory built around one promise to clients: no ghost listings. Every therapist marked “verified accepting” has personally confirmed they have openings — which means clients actually reach out, and they reach out to you knowing you have room.
How your listing works
- Your basic listing comes from the public NPI registry — name, license type, and practice ZIP. We never invent fees, specialties, or availability; unclaimed profiles say “unverified” honestly.
- Claiming is free. Find your profile, click “Claim this profile,” and verify by email. Then you can add your bio, fees, specialties, and website, and toggle your availability any time.
- Client inquiries go straight to your email. Nothing is charged — not for the listing, not for inquiries.
- Rather not be listed at all? Email us from your claim page and we'll remove your profile immediately, no questions asked.
Why we built this
Clients in San Antonio routinely email dozens of therapists from the big directories and hear nothing back — because those directories are full of profiles nobody maintains. That's bad for clients, and it's bad for the therapists who do have openings and get lost in the noise. A directory that only surfaces verified availability fixes both sides.
